Thomas is an attorney-at-law and Swiss certified tax expert. He worked for more than 20 years in the tax and legal world of an international accounting firm in Zurich, Switzerland, advising entrepreneurial businesses, corporates and private clients in various tax and legal matters. He is particularly active in national and international tax law for entrepreneurs, their companies, executives and private clients. He also focuses on corporate tax law, M&A transactions, transfer pricing and structuring of national and international corporate groups.
